I ran this program for the first time as a pilot, and I was so grateful to participate with my little tribe. What a sweet journey it was!
So many of you have been asking about it – I’m so glad!
The intention behind the program is the be exactly what it says – it’s intended to be a reset. Not a cleanse, not a crash diet.
Although, there’s an inevitable full body detox that occurs with the shifts in diet – it’s a nice perk!
The nutritional part of the program focuses on an anti-inflammatory diet. Meaning, you remove the obvious stuff like gluten, sugar, dairy and processed foods. But you also remove the less obvious stuff, which is outlined in the program.
And, it’s not just about food! It’s about lifestyle and daily habits, starting the second you wake up in the morning.
The program gives you a framework to structure your everyday routine so you can have more energy, be more productive, not stress about food and be more successful overall.
Yes, more of that please! 🙋♀️

How is the 10 Day Total Mind-Body Reset different from the 8-day cleanse program?
It’s less restrictive. While both programs have specific food guidelines, the 10 Day Total Mind-Body Reset is more open-ended. Meaning, when in doubt, you make the call. You’re also allowed to have a few certain things that aren’t allowed on the cleanse (like sea salt and red meat, to name a few), but it won’t hinder your progress.
There’s more lifestyle components. During the program we focus on four major daily health habits, and more specifically, four morning rituals that are essential to your success and growth. Not just for your health and your body – for your life. They are tested, proven and they work.
The 10 Day Total Mind-Body Reset has a full 10-day meal plan (with recipes)! It’s mapped out for you plain and simple – what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks by the day. By taking the guesswork out of what to eat and when, you have more free time and less stress about food. You, of course, don’t have to use the meal plan if you want to freestyle it within the guidelines. You’ll find yourself with tons of options to ensure you don’t get bored, but the meal plan is included as a resource guide for no other reason than to make your life easier. I’ll take it!
There are no phases. The cleanse is set up as a three-phase process, which is effective for cleansing purposes, but this program is more all-encompassing. So, no broth phase where you are eating soups, smoothies and soft foods only. The 10 Day Total Mind-Body Reset is designed to set you up with eating and health habits that you can apply always. At any time. And it’s designed so that you feel well-balanced and stable throughout the entire 10 days.
There’s no cleanse supplement. I use a nutritionally dense detox supplement during the 8-day cleanse to boost your body’s natural detoxification abilities, but it’s not necessary for the 10 day process. You will be using some new and different gut-healing, immune-boosting supplements during the 10 days, but they are geared more towards everyday use. As opposed to the cleanse supplement, which is intended solely for cleansing purposes.
The 10 Day Total Mind-Body Reset incorporates intermittent fasting. This concept can be applied in many different ways, and we take the least extreme approach in this case. By keeping your food and drink consumption within and 8-hour period, for example 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, your metabolism’s fat-burning abilities will skyrocket.
Overall, the 10 Day Total Mind-Body Reset is gentler and more accessible, but equally, if not more, effective!
My biggest takeaways from the 10 Day Total Mind-Body Reset:
My body loves being grain-free. I already know that I do better with without gluten and dairy, but eliminating grains altogether (quinoa, brown rice, oats) was new to me. I am less bloated, my digestion is better and I have zero sugar cravings. This is not to say that I’m not eating carbs – your body needs carbs to function. I’m just getting them in the form of fruit, nuts and starchy root vegetables, like sweet potatoes and squash.
I have more energy – and am exponentially more productive – when I wake up early. This, of course, means getting enough sleep, so going to bed a decent time is important too. Early to bed, early to rise is much more in tune with your body’s natural, biological rhythm, and therefore your energy will respond in a positive way. I am now waking up before my alarm clock goes off! 🙌
I function better with meat protein. There have been periods of time in my life where I ate vegetarian (honestly, I didn’t fare so well), limited my meat intake to a few days a week, and tried eating fish and poultry only (bad idea!). And in all these cases, what I’ve learned most is to listen in. To the subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) cues your body gives you. Does it give you energy or does it deplete you? Does it make you feel light or heavy? Are you thinking clearly or is your brain a little foggy?
This one is different for everyone. At this point in my life I’m learning that my body thrives on a low-carb and higher protein diet – and my energy speaks for itself! I also feel lighter and less bloated.
Another thing to note: when your gut health is compromised and you have to remove many of the inflammatory foods that are common in vegetarian diets, meat protein is necessary to heal. There are many nutrients you can only get from meat!
I thrive on 3 regular meals a day rather than several small ones. Another controversial topic in the nutrition world, and again, it totally depends on the individual and their lifestyle! Eating several small meals throughout the day created some unhealthy eating habits for me. Instead of eating real food, I was eating snacky, processed things like bars, gluten-free crackers and smoothies – not enough nutritional density or healthy fiber (i.e. veggies) and way too much sugar! Eating three real meals – with vegetables, protein and healthy fat – makes me feel grounded, satisfied and energized without feeling bloated or full.
My airborne allergies cleared up! As weird as it sounds, 9 out of 10 times airborne allergies are triggered by gut inflammation. I suffer from severe cedar fever, and by removing inflammatory foods from my diet my symptoms have disappeared completely. When your gut is healthy and clean, you’re unlikely to show symptoms of airborne allergies – pretty amazing!
Perhaps the most special thing I’m taking away from this program is awareness in my choices. Choosing what’s life-giving, energizing, healing, cell-boosting, joyful and real. Choosing more good. In the ways I spend my time and energy, in my food, in my habits. Especially in my habits – they are the parts that make up the whole.
The 10 Day Total Mind-Body Reset is focused on reducing inflammation and healing your gut, giving you a full digestive reset, and reboots your metabolism to burn more fat.
The program also focuses on essential daily health habits and morning rituals so you can structure your everyday life in a way that is healthy, but also easy and efficient. It will produce results and habits that stick!
Drumroll please: 10 days, 7 pounds (and probably a few more to go), tangible results.
Psst. I’ve got some great news.
